Returns and Refund Policy

Sessions (Tarot, Meditation, Spiritual Counselling)

Payment is required in advance to secure your booking. Sessions are available both in person and online.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to give notice will result in the full session fee being payable.

Spiritual counselling is included as part of tarot and meditation sessions at no additional charge, and is not offered as a standalone bookable service.

No refunds are offered for completed tarot or meditation sessions.

Art purchases

Refunds are offered for paintings damaged in transit. Please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your painting, with photos of the damage, so this can be resolved.

Refunds are not offered for a simple change of mind. Original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces, and all sales (other than damaged items) are final.

If a return is agreed for a damaged item, the cost of returning the painting is the responsibility of the purchaser.
